Why does my Stripe setup say pending or incomplete?

Pending Review means Stripe is reviewing your submitted account details. Setup Incomplete means the setup still needs to be finished.

1. Open Settings → Invoicing → Accept Credit Cards.
2. Review the status shown.
3. If it says Pending Review, select Refresh Status to check again.
4. If it says Setup Incomplete, select Resume Setup and complete the remaining steps in your browser.
5. Return to WorkQuote so the app can check the updated status.

You don’t need to start over if you leave before finishing. You can resume setup later.
