Where do my Stripe payments go?

Payments are processed through your connected Stripe account. Stripe sends payouts to your linked bank account according to the payout schedule configured in Stripe.

WorkQuote records successful payments and updates invoice balances, but does not handle the funds or your customers’ credit card details.

To review payments and payout information:

1. Open Settings → Invoicing → Accept Credit Cards.
2. Select Go to Stripe Dashboard.
3. Review the payment and payout information in your Stripe account.

WorkQuote does not add payment-processing fees. Check your Stripe account for exact fees, payout timing, and terms.
