How do I refund a Stripe payment?

Refunds for Stripe payments are handled through your Stripe account, not through WorkQuote.

1. Open Settings → Invoicing → Accept Credit Cards.
2. Select Go to Stripe Dashboard.
3. Find the payment in Stripe and follow Stripe’s refund instructions.

The refund automatically updates in WorkQuote. Check your Stripe account for the refund’s status and any applicable terms.
