How do I discount an individual estimate item?

WorkQuote lets you apply a discount to an individual line item without discounting the entire estimate. Discounts can be a percentage or a fixed dollar amount, such as 10% off or $25 off.

For example, if you’re removing three trees and offer 25% off the third:

1. Add each tree as a separate line item in the estimate builder.
2. Apply a 25% discount to the third tree’s line item.
3. Leave the other two line items at their regular prices.
4. Review the subtotal, total discount, and total quote amount at the bottom of the estimate.

You can also create a discount library to quickly reuse your saved discounts on future estimates.
