How do I update my company name and business details?

You can update your business information in Company Profile. Adding complete, accurate details helps customers recognize your business and makes your documents look more professional.

1. Open Settings → Company → Company Profile.
2. Update your company name and any other business details.
3. Select Update Profile.

You can include:

• Industries or services
• License numbers or certifications
• Location or mailing address
• Company contact information
• Website
• Company logo

Your saved details are automatically used where applicable on estimates, invoices, receipts, email signatures, marketing leads, and your optional ProWorkQuote.com business profile.

Only enter information you want customers to see.
