How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

You can reset your password from the WorkQuote sign-in screen using your account email address.

1. Select Forgot Password on the sign-in screen.
2. Enter the email address associated with your WorkQuote account.
3. Select Send Reset Email.
4. Open the email with the subject Reset Your WorkQuote Password.
5. Select Reset Password in the email.
6. On the WorkQuote website, enter and save your new password.
7. Return to the app and sign in with your new password.

Reset links expire 15 minutes after they’re requested. If you request more than one reset email, use the newest one. If your link expires, repeat these steps to request another.

Didn’t request a password reset?

You can safely ignore the email. Requesting a reset does not change your password or reveal it. An unexpected reset email alone does not mean someone has accessed your account.
