How do I keep my WorkQuote account safe?

Keep your account email accessible and verified, and use a strong, unique password. If you’re concerned someone else has access to your account, change your password and sign out all other devices.

Change your password

1. Open Settings → Account → Change Password.
2. Enter a strong password you don’t use for other accounts.
3. Select the option to log out of all other devices.
4. Save your change.

Other devices will require a new sign-in using your new password.

Keep your email up to date

Your account email is used to sign in to WorkQuote and as the reply email on your estimates and invoices. Use a business email address you can access, and secure that email account too.

1. Open Settings → Account → Change Email.
2. Update your email address.
3. Open the verification email sent to the new address.
4. Select the verification button, then return to WorkQuote.

Every email change requires new verification. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam or junk folder or resend it from Settings.
