How do I delete work data but keep my customers?

Use Delete Work Data to remove all jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, and job expenses while keeping your customer contact information.

This option also keeps your company information, account login, web page, lead links, and app settings.

1. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account Options.
2. Check the company name and email under You are signed in as to confirm you’re in the correct account.
3. Scroll down to DANGER ZONE.
4. Select Delete Work Data.
5. Read the warning and type Delete exactly into the confirmation field.
6. Select Yes - Delete Work Data.

Deleting this data cannot be undone. If you’re simply stopping use of WorkQuote, I recommend keeping your records for future reference.
