How can customers pay me online?

Connect a Stripe account and your customers can pay by card right from the invoice link you send them.

1. Connect Stripe from app Settings -> Invoicing -> Accept Credit Cards. You can link an existing Stripe account or create a new one; setup is free.
2. Send an invoice as usual.
3. Request the full invoice total, or a different amount such as a deposit.
4. Payment status updates in WorkQuote, so you can see what's paid and what's still due.

Good to know: Stripe charges its own processing fees. WorkQuote does not charge any processing fees. Check Stripe's pricing before you turn payments on.

You can also record cash, check, or other payments manually, including partial payments.
